Healing balms, oils and tinctures are essences of nature, which nurture body and spirit and balance them.
Each drop contains the power of the plants and gives well-being, protection and inner harmony.

🧴 Basic recipe
Herb Oil

1 part dried herbs + 3–4 parts vegetable oil (Olive, Almond, Sunflower, Jojoba...).
Put in an air-tight glass - herbs need to be covered with oil!
Leave to stand for 4-6 weeks, shake gently daily
Filter and fill in a dark bottle.
Don't forget to label with date!

Tip: Dried herbs do not mold as easily as freshly picked ones!

🫙 Basic recipe
Herb Balm

100 ml Herb oil + 10–12 g beeswax (the more, the harder)
Optional:5–10 Drops essential oil (Lavender, Rosmary, Tea tree …), ¼ TL Sheabutter for more creaminess
Warm up herb oil in waterbath, do not cook
Stir in beeswax, let melt (optional Sheabutter)
Let cool a bit, optional mix in essential oil
Fill, close well, let get hard.

Shelf life: If stored cool and dark 6-12 month

🧪 Basic recipe
Tincture

1 part dried herbs or 2 parts fresh herbs (Fresh herbs contain water, that's why twice the amount) + 5 parts alcohol (ideal 40–70 %) → Vodka, (double) grain schnapps, rum, – the cleaner, the better.
Chop herbs coarsely, put in screw-top jar, cover with alcohol, shake daily, let steep for 2-6 week cold and dark, filter and fill in dark bottle.
Don't forget to label with date - shelf life several years.

Tip: The higher the % of the alcohol, the better the ingredients get extracted.

Versatile base oil that carries herbal essences—ideal for ointments.

🫙 Comfrey balm

Traditional remedy for sprains and strains; warming and regenerating.

🧴 Dandelion oil extract

Spicy oil with invigorating notes; improves skin elasticity.

🧴 Elderflower oil

Gentle spring oil; soothes irritation and nourishes the skin.

🫙 Elm bark paste

Traditional poultice preparation for soothing applications.
