Terms and conditions
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website [soulcraft.at] and to all business relationships between the operator ([Gudrun Blaha / Soulcraft, Schwendter Str. 4, 6345 Kössen, GISA number 38856686]) and the customer. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the operator expressly agrees to them.
2. Contract conclusion
By submitting an order on our website, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products or services. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory value added tax, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website:

Instant transfer / online banking
Prepayment / bank transfer
Delivery will only be made after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery and shipping
We strive to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible. Information about delivery times is non-binding unless a binding delivery period has been expressly agreed.
Partial deliveries are permissible provided they are reasonable for the customer. Shipping costs are clearly stated on the website, should there ever be any.
5. Right of withdrawal/cancellation for consumers
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG §11), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods or from conclusion of the contract in the case of services.

The following items, among others, are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
personalized products or goods according to customer specifications
sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, provided that the seal has been broken.
Consequences of revocation:
In the event of revocation, we will refund any payments already made within 14 days of returning the goods or providing proof of return. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the operator until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty / Liability
The statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply.
We are only liable for damage that has not occurred to the product itself in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be viewed on the website. The data is used exclusively for processing orders.
9. Applicable law / Place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the operator.
